best B vitamin formula .

Vitamin B complex is basically a water soluble class of Vitamins , B complex perform multiple functions in the body e.g it helps in the boost of metabolism and helps the body to convert the food into energy . I am taking B-50 B complex for 2 months after the recommendation of my doctor , as i was suffering from low metabolism.
After taking it for 2 months it really boosts my metabolism.
