No such a good experience...bcz it cause severe constipation...no effect on weight loss

Kindly skip it for few days and increase your water intake.

You can take its 2 capsules in alternate timings before meal ( Sehri and Dinner )

Mje be waqat khany ki adat thi jis k waja sy me weight loss nea kr pa rahi thi. Kfi bar dieting start ki lkn craving itni hoti thi k raha nea jata tha. Leanax k use krny k bad mri craving skafi km hoi hain or me proper diet b kr pa rahi hn or mera weight b pahly sy kam ho gya ha
