Yes, you can access real-time updates on your order's delivery status in the app. You have to use the "Track Order" feature in the app’s “Order” to view the current status of an order through our logistics partner.
Rewards will be added to the Ambassador's wallet after the successful completion of each order. Periodically, your accumulated rewards will be processed and made ready for payout.
The ambassador has the right to request for cancellation of ambassadorship at any point. After the cancellation of the contract, all pending rewards will be cleared during the first 15 days of the next month. Nutrifactor reserves the right to terminate ambassadorship if the account remains inactive for 3 months
