Nutrifactor is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our company! As a customer service representative, you will work closely with our team of CSRs & nutritionists to interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
Ability to sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Provide product and service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
Upsell products and services
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer complaints.
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
