sirf 1 capsule lene se rozana 6 hafton me hi kafi behtari mehsoos ki. gutno ki pain or inflamation me kmi aai he. jb k drd kafi porana tha, feb 2020 me ek chote se accident me chot ka asaar ab tk tha, meri dost ne hldi ka ek formula btaya tha, lekin wo pina mere liye boht mushkil tha. phir google per search krne se ye mila mujhe. Ye waki hi effectiuve he or na hi is ka after taste he. Aram se use kia jaa sqta.
